本月《家电科技》迎来了创刊第400期。自1981年创刊以来，《家电科技》伴随着家电行业的成长，见证了行业从小到大，从弱到强的飞跃发展。400期近万篇学术论文的发表，凝结着广大作者对期刊的信任与支持；编辑部近40年的坚持不懈，汇集了《家电科技》一代代新老编辑团队对这本学术期刊的深厚情感。当然，《家电科技》理事会对期刊发展方向的决策；编委会及外审专家团队对期刊内容质量的把控，以及新老读者对期刊的认可和信赖，都是《家电科技》积极发展，突破创新的动力所在。在此，《家电科技》编辑部对为我刊发展努力付出的所有同仁表示最衷心的感谢和最诚挚的问候。
内容方面，本期，我们邀请了《家电科技》的主管单位领导——中国轻工业联合会会长张崇合先生为《家电科技》创刊400期撰写了卷首语，为期刊发展指明了方向；同时，我们还刊登了来自期刊主办单位中国家用电器研究院的领导，以及理事会、编委会、行业组织和兄弟期刊为我刊创刊400期所题贺信、贺词，在此对各行业组织、同仁的真挚祝贺表示感谢；此外，我们还设置发表了优选论文，选择刊登家电行业知名教授优秀技术综述论文，丰富期刊内容，引发读者思考。
